With a passion for events and room design, DIY Events stems from a demand in the NZ market place for international quality hire products.

We are a nation of DIY'ers and kiwi inginuity knows no bounds!

With head office in Rotorua both Jeff Alexander and Jacqui Smith - Managing Directors of Event Impressions which specialises in corporate and gala events - felt there was enough demand for a more informal style of theme and prop hire but felt quality was the key requirement.

Now anyone from Kaitaia to the Bluff can hire unique and modern accessories for their special event and use the knowledge of over 30 years experience in the industry for their gain.

This site is a continuous work in progress and we look forward to bringing you many more new items in time too. Your feed back is invaluable so let us know how your event looks and feel free to send us a photo.
